Pap Milkshake
Yummy, creamy and nutritious, this pap milkshake (ogi smoothie) is a guaranteed hit with Loya Milk.
INGREDIENTS
METHOD
- Dissolve maize powder in 2 tbsp of water
- Bring 1 cup of water to boil
- Pour in the dissolved maize powder, stir and cook for 1 minute
- After cooking, allow to cool
- In a blender, pour in just prepared pap
- Add milk, vanilla, sugar and ice cubes
- Blend together till smooth and serve
