Chocolate Crepe Cake

Very easy and simply delicious. This chocolate crepe cake recipe will leave you wanting more!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 3 Tbsp Loya Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Cup Water

    • METHOD

    1. Add all the content into a bowl and combine thoroughly to smooth
    2. On medium heat, scoop 1/2 cup batter of crepes in a non stick frying pan.
    3. Cook for a minute on both sides till done.
    4. Using a cookie cutter, cut the crepe to a perfect shape
    5. Coat the each layer of crepe with chocolate spread
    6. stack neatly on each other
    7. Serve
